Inside the Longevity Docs Table in New York with Dr Frank Lipman

In New York City—a place where you’d expect doctors to be surrounded by colleagues—many physicians shared a surprising truth: they felt isolated. Despite living in the same city, they had never crossed paths or connected in a meaningful way.

That changed at the very first Longevity Docs Table.

This intimate dinner brought together a small group of physicians for an evening of connection, insight, and real conversation. Led by our inaugural speaker, Frank Lipman, MD, the discussion moved far beyond theory. Physicians shared what had worked, what hadn’t, and what patients truly need as longevity medicine takes center stage.

What We Heard at the Table

- Stories and science matter. Doctors value real-world experiences combined with evidence-backed interventions they can trust and safely deliver.

- Trust is everything. In an era of AI tools and social media health claims, physicians know the future depends on protecting the doctor–patient relationship with safety, empathy, and credibility.

- Independence is rising. Many attendees had left ERs, ICUs, or surgical suites—sometimes at a pay cut—because they believe longevity medicine is the future.

- Conferences are outdated. Large events feel like “fast food”—transactional and shallow. What doctors crave are “Michelin star” relationships: intimate, nourishing, and transformative.

- The wave is here. Just as prevention, integrative medicine, and yoga once faced skepticism, longevity medicine is now consumer-driven and unstoppable.

Why It Matters

The Longevity Docs model is simple yet powerful: create trusted spaces where physicians connect deeply, learn openly, and lead the shift toward evidence-based longevity medicine.

This first Table proved just how needed these spaces are. What began as one evening in NYC is the start of a movement—one that empowers physicians to step out of isolation, share their wisdom, and shape the future of healthcare together.

What’s Next

We’re just getting started. Upcoming Longevity Docs Tables are planned in Palm Beach, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
