What Is the longevitydocs™ Table?
There is a difference between being in the same room as a colleague and actually having time to be present with them. Longevity medicine has conferences, webinars, and panels, but we've never had a Table until now.
The longevitydocs™ Table is an intimate physician dinner, held city by city, with a carefully vetted group of longevity doctors and one extraordinary guest leading the conversation. These tables are curated to spark collaboration, trust, and a shared vision for what medicine should look like by 2030.
Who Is the longevitydocs™ Table Series For?
The longevitydocs™ Table is for physicians who have chosen to lead. Specifically: physicians who are building longevity practices, transitioning out of conventional medicine, or deepening their commitment to evidence-based longevity care and want to do it alongside peers who are doing the same.
The physicians who attend share a recognizable profile. They have left, or are seriously considering leaving, the conventional system. They are building longevity practices, some from scratch, some alongside existing specialties. They are seeking the kind of peer connection that tells them they are not alone in seeing what they see.
The Table is deliberately small. The format requires it. When the number is limited and the trust is high, the conversation goes somewhere a conference panel never reaches. That is the design. That is the point.

What to Expect at a Table
An evening of connection, insight, and real conversation. The discussion moves far beyond theory. Physicians share what has worked, what hasn't, and what patients truly need.
-
Stories and science matter. Doctors value real-world experiences combined with evidence-backed interventions they can trust and safely deliver.
-
Trust is everything. In an era of AI tools and social media health claims, physicians know the future depends on protecting the doctor–patient relationship with safety, empathy, and credibility.
-
Independence is rising. Many attendees had left ERs, ICUs, or surgical suites, sometimes at a pay cut, because they believe longevity medicine is the future.
-
Conferences are outdated. Large events feel like "fast food," transactional and shallow. What doctors crave are Michelin star relationships: intimate, nourishing, and transformative.
-
The wave is here. Just as prevention, integrative medicine, and yoga once faced skepticism, longevity medicine is now consumer-driven and unstoppable.
What doctors crave are Michelin star relationships: intimate, nourishing, and transformative. longevitydocs™ Table Series, New York 2025
What the New York Table with Dr. Frank Lipman Revealed
In New York City, a place where you'd expect doctors to be surrounded by colleagues, many physicians shared a surprising truth: they felt isolated. Despite living in the same city, they had never crossed paths or connected in a meaningful way. That changed at the very first longevitydocs™ Table on September 14, 2025.
Led by Frank Lipman, MD, a pioneer in integrative and longevity medicine, this inaugural dinner brought together physicians for an evening that proved just how much these spaces are needed.

Why It Matters
The model is simple: create trusted spaces where physicians connect deeply, learn openly, and lead the shift toward evidence-based longevity medicine. What began as one evening in New York sparked a movement that empowers physicians to step out of isolation, connect and share their wisdom, and shape the future of healthcare.
Across every city, the same truth surfaced: the physicians leading longevity medicine are building practices, standards, and community, together. This is just the beginning.
