The longevitydocs.™ Club: the private physician club defining what comes next in longevity medicine

Join the private membership for physicians advancing longevity medicine: peers, a streaming library, the directory and Hippo, Enhanced, for $2,500 a year.

The longevitydocs™ Club is the annual membership for physicians who practice, or are moving into, longevity medicine. It costs $2,500 a year, it is open to MD, DO and MBBS physicians only, and the 2026 cohort is limited to 100 physicians.

Membership gives you three things. A verified place in the directory, where you and your practice can be found. The full streaming library, from Rooms replays to Expert Classes. And peers to think a case through, in Club channels.

What is the longevitydocs™ Club?

The Club is the paid tier of longevitydocs membership, the private network for physicians advancing longevity medicine. The wider network counts 1,000+ longevity doctors across 68+ countries, and 147+ doctors in the CLD program.

Club members include Darshan Shah, MD, Amanda Khan, MD, Elizabeth Yurth, MD, Richard Firshein, DO, Joseph Raffaele, MD, and Desmond Ebanks, MD.

The membership is built around one idea: you should never practice longevity medicine alone. The peers, the clinical knowledge and the practical tools sit in one place, so you can build your practice on your terms.

longevitydocs™ is an exclusive gathering of top-tier physicians, all dedicated to advancing the frontiers of longevity research and practice. The network's unwavering commitment to scientific excellence has expanded my horizons and enhanced my career.

Dr. Frank Lipman · longevitydocs member

Who can join the longevitydocs™ Club?

Licensed MD, DO and MBBS physicians. Nobody else. Every directory profile carries that verification, which is what makes the network useful to the physicians inside it and to the patients searching it.

The 2026 Club cohort is capped at 100 physicians.

What does longevitydocs™ Club membership include?

A peer network

A difficult case posted in the Club chat, and a colleague starting the reply.

Bring a difficult case to the group, hear how colleagues across specialties would approach it, and compare protocols with physicians who practice like you. Club adds exclusive chat channels and direct messaging with any physician in the network.

Dr David Luu™ has truly accomplished the impossible! He hand selected a group of some of the busiest and best physicians internationally in the world of longevity medicine and turned them into this amazing active cohort that interacts daily to share cases, stories, ideas, information, and research. What a breath of fresh air to see doctors supporting and collaborating to reach a common goal and change the world of medicine!

The streaming library and Rooms

The longevitydocs streaming library on tablet: Rooms replays, Expert Classes, Summit and Mastermind sessions.
The Library: Summit and Mastermind replays, Rooms and Expert Classes in one place.

Rooms are weekly 30-minute live discussions with a rotating expert guest. Club members join live, ask questions and keep every replay. Recent Rooms covered estrogen, statins and lipids with Dr. Amy Killen, women's longevity protocols with Dr. Elizabeth Poynor, and co-running a practice with AI agents with Dr. Regina Druz.

The library holds every Summit and Mastermind replay, Expert Classes with full transcripts, faculty lectures and Journal Club sessions with study authors. Topics run from hormones and cardiometabolic health to peptides and AI. Quarterly virtual roundtables are included.

Getting to interact with and learn from the longevitydocs™ group is one of my favorite parts of the day. This group of doctors is like no other, generously sharing techniques, protocols and knowledge and always there to answer difficult questions. Five stars!

Every Club member gets a verified profile in the longevitydocs™ directory, the place to find a longevity physician. Your specialties, practice and location live on one page with its own public URL, searchable by specialty, city and country. Show what you are open to, from consulting and speaking to research.

Patients can request a booking through longevitydocs, with no fee between you and the patient. Membership does not guarantee patient inquiries or bookings.

Hippo, Enhanced

A physician asks Hippo to plot GLP-1 weight-loss durability and gets a cited chart.

Hippo is the AI for longevity medicine inside the platform. It answers from the CLD curriculum, the Longevity Lexicon, the literature and what your peers have observed, with every source cited. Hippo, Enhanced shares and cites the entire longevitydocs school library across every Summit, event and more, for deeper study. Use it to pressure-test a protocol, interpret an unfamiliar marker, or jump to the exact minute a faculty member covered your question. Hippo supports your reasoning. Clinical decisions stay with you.

The Lexicon and Longevity News

The Longevity Lexicon is the field's shared vocabulary: mechanisms, markers and pathways explained in clinical language, with the evidence behind each one. Club members get full access plus the ability to contribute. The full daily Longevity News brief is included.

Events, jobs and the Marketplace

Summit, Masterminds and Tables: where Club members meet in person.

In-person tickets for Summit, Masterminds and Tables are purchased separately. Club members get early ticket access and 20% off every ticket. Tables remain by invitation.

The jobs board lists roles at clinics, health systems and companies recruiting longevity physicians, and Club members can post as well as browse. The Marketplace, coming soon, will add member discounts on vendors and services relevant to building a longevity practice.

What is the difference between Explorer and Club?

Explorer is the free introduction to the physician network, by application, with a waitlist. It includes chat access, direct messaging, one weekly Rooms listening, Longevity Lexicon access, a limited Longevity News brief and limited Hippo access.

Club is everything in Explorer, plus exclusive chat channels, the directory listing and public profile, the full streaming library, all Rooms with replays, Hippo, Enhanced, quarterly virtual roundtables, and early access plus 20% off in-person events.

Fact sheets, checklists and frameworks are included in both plans. The full side-by-side comparison is on the membership page.

The longevitydocs™ group is an outstanding way to get introduced to the field of longevity medicine. The biggest asset is the medical expertise that underpins the group: nearly every respected and knowledgeable longevity physician belongs and actively contributes to the group. The content the group provides is invaluable for anyone looking to get started in the field.
