Your Questions, Answered

What is the CLD?

Certified longevitydocs.™ (CLD) is a physician-exclusive program, created by physicians for physicians, delivering the latest science, frameworks, and clinical tools in longevity medicine. It's more than education — it's a pathway and community that empower you to become a recognized leader in a rapidly growing field.

Who is it for?

CLD is designed exclusively for licensed physicians (MD, DO, or MBBS) who want to expand beyond conventional practice and add longevity-focused care. It’s for physicians ready to differentiate themselves and future-proof their practice.

How long does it take?

The certification is cohort-based, designed to be completed in 6–9 months, with a flexible monthly commitment. Everything is structured to fit into a busy clinical schedule.

Is enrollment rolling, or do I need to join a cohort?

Enrollment is cohort-based, not rolling. Each group starts together on a set date, and seats are limited. Cohorts typically fill quickly and often have a waiting list. If you don’t secure your spot in time, you may need to wait until the next available start date. To avoid delays, we recommend enrolling as soon as possible.

What’s included?

With your tuition, you’ll gain access to

  • monthly live sessions led by expert faculty with interactive Q&A
  • hands-on case-based learning modules
  • a peer community of top longevity physicians

You’ll also receive a range of practice-ready resources and a certification credential recognized throughout the longevitydocs network.

How does it help my practice?

CLD helps your practice by enhancing patient retention and referrals, broadening your service offerings with longevity consultations, advanced testing, and clinical protocols, and establishing you as a go-to expert in longevity medicine. The program also connects you to a community of peers and referral partners, providing support and opportunities to grow your practice in a rapidly expanding field.

How do I enroll?

After a brief call to ensure fit, you’ll receive enrollment instructions. Most physicians can onboard within a week and join the next cohort.

What if I miss a session?

Coursework is asynchronous and available on-demand and live sessions are recorded so you can catch up anytime.

How much does it cost?

$10,000

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Eligible U.S. physicians can choose payment options on the platform

Do I receive certification?

Yes. Upon completion, you'll earn the Certified longevitydocs™ credential and a digital badge, which you can showcase online and in your practice and marketing to showcase your advanced expertise in longevity medicine.

Why now?

Longevity medicine is redefining the future of medical practice and is one of the fastest-growing areas in healthcare. Early adopters are not just enhancing patient care, they’re delivering greater value to their patients and shaping the next era of medicine.
